Q: How much is shipping?

A: We offer complimentary two-day shipping within BC on all orders over $30 (or $10 for all orders under $30). *Discount code (code: GOOEY) needed for free shipping.

 

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: We ship out all orders once a week. Our weekly cut off time is Sunday 11:59 pm PST. Because we handcraft all our cereal treats, we will need 2-3 days after cut-off to proccess and make. All orders are shipped out the following Wednesday. 

 

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We currently only ship within BC, Canada. Shipping takes about 1-2 business days. 

 

Q: What is the size of a block of cereal treat?

A: Our treats are 5"x5"; They weigh from 1/2 IB (8oz) to as heavy as 10 oz. 

 

Q: How long will my cereal treats stay fresh?

A: Our loaded treats are fresh for up to 1 week in our original packaging or in an air tight container after opening, or you can freeze them in our original packaging or in an air tight container for up to 1 month and just thaw them at room temperature, but we doubt that it will take long before they are gone!
